Oversee the full reservations process � from initial inquiry to final confirmation � ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience.
Lead and manage the reservations team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to maintain high performance.
Maximize room revenue through effective inventory management and close collaboration with the Lodge Sales Manager and external stakeholders.
Ensure accurate data management in Protel Air, including reporting, system maintenance, and database accuracy.
Maintain exceptional guest service standards, delivering personalized communication and attention to detail at all times.
Handle VIP bookings and special requests, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
Manage all guest communication channels � including emails, phone calls, and messages � ensuring timely and effective responses.
Collaborate with other Heads of Departments to align on operations, guest services, and lodge standards.
Participate in management meetings, preparing reports and providing feedback as required.
