Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Oversee the accounting function�and lead the finance department team.
Ensure compliance with IFRS�and all statutory reporting requirements.
Manage monthly reporting, annual financial statements, tax returns, and audits for multiple entities.
Handle cash flow management, forecasts, budgeting, insurance, and SARS queries.
Prepare and present financial reports to Exco, Board, and funders.
Drive key process management to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Lead and manage financial and operational projects (scope, plan, execute, review).
Provide strategic support to executive management and alert leadership to financial exceptions.
