Manage internal and external escalations quickly and effectively.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.
Growth & Profitability:
Identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
Recognize and propose additional billable opportunities at client sites.
Identify new products and solutions that can enhance the Power business offering.
Technical & Design Responsibilities:
Conduct site and measurement audits for system sizing and solution design (UPS, Generator, Inverter, Battery Storage, Solar PV, etc.).
Develop technical BOQs and proposals for Solar PV and other power solutions.
Assist sales and business development teams with solution scoping and costing.
Prepare cost estimates, design documentation, and technical studies.
Manage end-to-end project execution: design, contractor coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Ensure all solutions comply with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for UPS and inverter systems.
Travel to client sites as required.
