Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education + Experience
Bachelor�s Degree or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales Experience in the power or renewable energy sector.
Proven track record of presenting to decision-makers and closing complex deals.
Strong technical and sales acumen in Power and Renewable Energy Solutions.
Familiarity with SANS regulations and renewable energy technologies is advantageous.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and influence with engineers, contractors, and decision makers.
Solid understanding of industry standards, market trends, and competitors.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and detail orientation.
Proven business development and relationship-building abilities.
