Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Partner with line managers to provide guidance on people management, employee relations, and performance issues.
Support workforce planning and organizational design in line with business requirements.
Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labour legislation and company standards.
Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, development planning, and offboarding.
Drive talent management initiatives, succession planning, and skills development within assigned business units.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Advise on disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution in compliance with legal requirements.
Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Learning & Development, Recruitment, Remuneration & Benefits, Payroll) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Foster a culture of employee engagement, wellbeing, and high performance.
