Our client in the Logistics industry is currently looking for a Distribution Planner/Junior Consultant, in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    To plan and track routes through the use of market-leading planning and route adherence software. To update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and produce reports related to routing and adherence. Plan optimally and maintain systems through daily feedback, including the location of new customers and NDDs. Produce daily reports using the software on actual route information. Produce monthly reports, KPIs, and scorecards. Reviewed by the consultant during weekly site audits. Shift reports to be forwarded to the consultant and contract manager. Monthly: Forwarded to the consultant and SCP contract manager and discussed in customer workshops. Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes that deliver tangible benefits for clients.

Education + Experience

    Minimum of 3 years� experience in the distribution industry or A degree in Engineering or Logistics. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and relevant analytical software tools. BCom (Logistics), Road Transport Diploma, or BSc (Engineering). Pace and Variety of Activities Proactively involved in problem-solving. Organized individual who works well within structured boundaries. Medium-paced working environment. Focused on understanding business processes and developing practical solutions. Focus Areas Results-oriented approach. Innovation and creative problem-solving. Relationship-building focused on achieving measurable outcomes. Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.
