To plan and track routes through the use of market-leading planning and route adherence software.
To update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and produce reports related to routing and adherence.
Plan optimally and maintain systems through daily feedback, including the location of new customers and NDDs.
Produce daily reports using the software on actual route information.
Produce monthly reports, KPIs, and scorecards.
Reviewed by the consultant during weekly site audits.
Shift reports to be forwarded to the consultant and contract manager.
Monthly: Forwarded to the consultant and SCP contract manager and discussed in customer workshops.
Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes that deliver tangible benefits for clients.
