Job Description

Our client in the Property industry is currently looking for a Customer Relationship Manager, in Garden Route, Western Cape. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Market client products and establish a strong brand and product presence in your allocated area. Create and manage a sales pipeline in combination with calling programme. Build relationships with existing and new customers. Reaching individual sales targets.

Education + Experience

    Matric, relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage. 3 to 5 years� experience in sales. Proven sales track record. Good working knowledge of MS Office. Good command of English and Afrikaans (written and verbal) Valid driver�s license and own reliable vehicle. Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills. Self-motivator. A customer-oriented attitude. Persuasiveness and selling ability. Strong achievement orientation. Self-discipline. Skills and Attributes: Exhibit a "work hard, play hard" attitude. Thrive in a high pressure, target driven environment. Be determined to deliver exceptional results. Always go the extra mile. Possess an unquestionable work ethic. Excel under pressure. Be comfortable with numbers and data analysis and be able to articulate same. Have a solid level of sales experience in the property industry. Be fluent in English and have a good understanding of the Afrikaans language in order to effectively communicate with this region�s customers. Possess a solid understanding of the property industry.
