Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Create, configure, and customize K2 workflows, forms, and SmartObjects to automate business processes.
Integrate K2 solutions with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, and other platforms using web services, REST APIs.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and performance of K2 solutions.
Develop technical designs, configurations, and user guides for K2 solutions.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize existing K2 solutions and provide technical support to end-users.
Knowledge transfer to the JSE Team to technical support to end-users.
