Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote and sell life insurance products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Effectively handle objections and use persuasive skills to convert leads into policies.
Ensure all interactions meet compliance and quality assurance standards in line with FAIS and other financial services regulations.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM and telephony systems.
Keep up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships.
Meet the Fit & Proper requirements as set out by the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act.
