Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Assist with diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and safety inspections.
Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to assist in troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with senior technicians to complete complex repairs and learn advanced techniques.
Document all work performed, including parts used and hours spent.
Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain Master Technician status.
Follow safety protocols and always shop procedures.
Maintain tools and equipment in clean and working order.
