Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Provide product knowledge, upsell, and cross-sell where applicable.
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, or POS system).
Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges according to store policies.
Maintain store displays, merchandising, and stock presentation to brand standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Keep the store neat, clean, and organized at all times.
Support in meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Assist with promotional activities and in-store events.
