Our client in the Insurance industry is currently looking for a Bookkeeper, in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education + Experience
Degree/Diploma in Financial Accounting or currently studying towards one (non-BCom)
1�2 years� bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).
Experience in Pastel Partner will be advantageous.
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively across teams.
Professional, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge to improve processes.
