Education + Experience
Bachelor�s Degree in Recruitment, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates.
Experience in fintech is a plus.
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Successful experience with remote work.
Hands-on, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Positive references from previous employers.
