Hands-on knowledge of production planning and scheduling (Kanban, Lean principles).
Familiarity with maintenance schedules and ability to coordinate with maintenance teams to avoid downtime.
Quality-Driven & Safety-Oriented:
Experience in quality control inspections, defect resolution, and documentation.
Ability to enforce safety protocols and conduct incident investigations.
Maintains 5S standards and ensures labeling/traceability of materials and finished goods.
Analytical & Process Improvement Mindset:
Comfortable analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and improving efficiency.
Implements best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills:
Can liaise effectively with suppliers, logistics, and other departments to ensure workflow continuity.
Capable of producing accurate, clear, and timely reports for management.
