Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical Oversight & Restoration
�
Lead advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment.
�
Perform and supervise secure data erasure (BitRaser) and operating system reinstallation.
�
Guide the team on salvage, refurbishment, and quality control of IT assets.
�
Provide technical estimates, assessments, and recommendations to clients.
Operational Management
�
Oversee end-to-end IT asset refurbishment, recycling, and disposal processes.
�
Implement and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
�
Manage inventory tracking, audits, and reporting for all incoming and outgoing assets.
�
Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, and data security regulations.
Team Leadership
�
Manage and mentor technicians, dismantlers, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel.
Provide training, set performance targets (e.g., daily restoration quotas, QA standards), and enforce accountability.
�
Foster a positive, professional, and productive work culture.
Client, Partner & Buyer Coordination
�
Work with client service and sales teams to ensure service quality and smooth project execution.
�
Assist in managing bulk sales of refurbished equipment, including preparing stock, quality checks, packaging, and logistics.
�
Engage with customers purchasing equipment � providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
�
Maintain relationships with bulk buyers and support sales growth initiatives.
Reporting & Strategy
�
Provide regular operational and technical performance reports to the CEO.
�
Track KPIs (productivity, quality, compliance, client satisfaction).
�
Contribute to budget control, cost management, and strategic growth initiatives.
