Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Develop and implement quarterly and annual business plans with retail partners.
Achieve and exceed sales targets (sell-in and sell-out) across SME accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailer stakeholders.
Secure forward orders, forecast demand accurately, and ensure no stock-outs.
Monitor and analyse sales and stock reports to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Group�s marketing and field teams to deliver impactful campaigns and in-store initiatives.
Ensure effective in-store merchandising and brand visibility.
Manage partner claims, billing, and account administration.
