Vetting of all documents on Website.
Credit checks on prospective students.
Ensure all lease information is accurate and updated.
Arrange changes of students details on website and amend it on System.
Reporting on the occupancy levels and vacancies to Management.
Generate lease billings monthly for the building monthly.
Statements to be generated monthly.
Interest billing to be run and checked if accurate.
Debit run to be processed and signed by Property Manager.
Monitor payment allocations received from students.
Create Student Accommodation reconciliation on systems when necessary.
Process rental Payments monthly
Manage and resolve queries relating to rental payments
Issue Letters of demand when required.
Calculation of acknowledgement of debt repayments and drafting of acknowledgements of debt.
Facilitate the hand over process for defaulting students.
Assist Property Manager with compiling of the monthly management reports.
Manage account closures.
Request refunds of deposits from finance.
Administration of refund deposits and entry and exit recoveries.
