Our client in the Financial Services industry is currently looking for an Executive PA, in Centurion, Pretoria.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Manage CEOs diary, provide administrative support, and coordinated travel arrangements. Completed the registration process with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) to operate as a credit provider. Prepared and submitted annual regulatory reports (Form 39 and Form 40) to the NCR, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Drafted and managed correspondence related to license inquiries, renewals, and submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance. Provided comprehensive secretarial support to the CEO, including diary management and meeting arrangements. Assisted auditors annually with relevant letters and documentation, ensuring compliance with auditing requirements. Reviewed meeting agendas and minutes for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Managed relationships and service provision of external service providers, ensuring smooth operations. Provided administrative support to various departments, including OPS and Finance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Assisted with compliance-related tasks, including research, registration, and completion of documentation for regulatory bodies. Drafted company documents, policies, and resolutions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Responsible for KYC/UBO/FICA updates and information requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide secretarial duties to the Principal Officers of the Funds and to the Finance Department. Responsible for compiling meeting documents for various Boards of Trustees and the company's Board of Directors meetings, as well as drafting agendas and minutes for approval by the Principal Officers of the funds. Maintain trustee registers for the different funds. Provide reviews, redesign, and redrafting of documents for the departments, company, and the Funds' fund governance policies upon instruction when required or a problem arises, in conjunction with relevant department/s and Principal Officers. Provide support in member communication for the funds, including editing and finalizing documents as directed by the Principal Officer. Additionally, assist in drafting member guides to address common inquiries from members. Finalize printed matter for the funds and the company as required, such as benefit fund statements for retirement funds. Investigate inquiries and complaints from the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA)/FSCA offices and drafting of communications to the OPFA for the Principal Officers� approval before submission. Assist with drafting resolutions, rule amendments, exemption applications, and submissions to the Regulators. Act as an authorized signatory on all company accounts and fund accounts.

Education + Experience

    Relevant Qualifications in Secretarial work. Pension Fund Administration Experience. Knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements. Expert knowledge of MS Office.
