Oversee and coordinate all packaging activities during the shift to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Lead frontline staff.
Ensure team is working according to company policy and procedures.
Training will be provided.
Workspace and equipment are clean.
Report damage to equipment and workspace immediately.
Wastage kept to a minimum.
Minimize down time.
Proper use of equipment to prevent damage.
Timeous and accurate record keeping.
Communicating all non-conformances that would have occurred in your area of work. timeously to the relevant department head.
