Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
� Possess a comprehensive understanding of Dell Technologies' Enterprise (ISG) product portfolio, including but not limited to PowerEdge servers, Primary and � Unstructured Data storage solutions, Power Switch networking, and VMware solutions � Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and requirements � Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs � Assist in the preparation of proposals, technical documentation, and RFP/RFI � Develop innovative and effective technical solutions that align with customer business goals � Design architecture and configurations based on Dell Technologies products to meet customer requirements � Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their long-term business objectives � Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers to educate them about Dell Technologies solutions � Stay up to date with the latest developments in Dell Technologies' Enterprise (ISG) products � Provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements based on customer feedback � Lead and participate in proof-of-concept exercises to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions � Document PoC results and present findings to customers � Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure alignment with customer needs � Work closely with channel partners to facilitate product adoption and drive revenue growth
