Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Provide high level administrative support to the CEO ensuring smooth and efficient operations daily within the Office of the CEO
Facilitate communication manage schedules and coordinate projects to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities
Manage and screen emails phone calls and other communication act as a gatekeeper for the CEO
Effectively manage the CEO calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and coordinating with stakeholders
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings compile board packs circulate reports and agendas and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with internal and external parties including Board members partners and investors in a timely and professional manner
Oversee office organisation and supplies coordinate with vendors and maintain a clean productive workspace
Assist in monitoring and managing the CEO budget track expenses process invoices and report accordingly
Arrange domestic and international travel including flights transport visas prepare itineraries and accompany the CEO when required
Plan and coordinate CEO meetings workshops roadshows and special events including logistics and catering
Maintain and organise documents and reports in both physical and digital formats Ensure confidentiality and version control
Act as liaison between the CEO and teams partners and stakeholders ensuring alignment and positive relationships
Support cross functional projects provide research draft reports and track progress of strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with governance regulatory and procedural standards including document control systems
Support the CEO during high pressure situations and act professionally in all interactions on their behalf
Promote a healthy safe and compliant working environment aligned with company SHE policies
