Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Research and identify new business leads and potential clients.
Initiate contact with prospective customers via email, phone, face to face, and virtual meetings.
Build and nurture long term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business objectives, staffing needs, and company culture.
Persuasively promote and onboard clients to the InspHired Worx App and InspHired Connect Job Board.
Actively seek out new prospects through cold calling and lead generation strategies.
Drive revenue growth through the identification and conversion of commercial opportunities.
Provide tailored solutions to meet client hiring needs and maintain a strong client database.
Network strategically to build business intelligence and generate new opportunities.
Sales & Marketing:
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using the CRM system (Pipedrive)
Support content marketing by contributing to and developing strategic campaigns that align with client and business goals.
App Administration (InspHired Worx):
Collaborate across teams and serve as the main liaison between internal departments and external clients.
Participate in candidate selection and verification for client bookings.
Brainstorm and collaborate on product and user experience improvements.
Internal Job Board Management (InspHired Connect):
Monitor job board performance metrics and user engagement trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance job visibility, content quality, and platform functionality.
Use job board data to deliver insights to clients, including:
Role performance metrics.
Application volumes and behavioural trends.
Recommendations on improving job ads (e.g. job titles, formatting, salary ranges)
