Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Maintain Executive Sponsor relationships with client stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed client information packs.
Manage the client account opening process and ongoing updates.
Lead and be accountable for contract negotiation processes.
Identify and mitigate risks in client accounts.
Present and implement new DSV products, processes, and strategies to clients.
Handle client queries and provide high quality service.
Perform quality checks on estimates and ensure timely submission.
Compile client specific business reports with accurate data.
Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts.
Record under threat and lost accounts in the CRM system and implement corrective actions.
Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through performance reporting.
