The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, promoting the MSHEQ brand, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across MSHEQ revenue streams.
Responsible for driving sales growth in an assigned geographical area by proactively identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Build and maintain a prospective client list for the designated region.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
Ensure all sales administration, including CRM updates and reporting, is current and accurate.
Develop strong internal relationships to facilitate effective client proposals and support delivery.
Cultivate and manage client relationships, fully understanding their business cycles and needs.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.
Promote MSHEQ values and maintain a professional image in all client interactions.
Conduct regular client meetings to foster engagement and identify new opportunities.
Follow through on action items from client engagements to ensure seamless execution.
Establish and maintain an organized client database, including call reports and historical data.
Monitor and report on competitor activity, market trends, and business intelligence.
Manage the sales process from proposal to contract signing and operational handover.
Attend handover meetings with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Develop tailored proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
Present new services and initiatives in collaboration with the Director to support client success.
Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Deliver added value through consistent client touchpoints, relevant resources, and insights.
