Job Description

Provide accurate updates and fixes to member records and Fund options while managing correspondence with members and companies regarding benefit statements and membership queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Service fixes combination of member records. Adding and fixing of member Fund options. Member static detail changes. Corresponding with members and companies regarding benefit statements Fund membership etc. Integrity reports fixing of historical data and data integrity. Linking of old funds. Updating and requesting membership cards. Requesting of benefit statements for individual members and companies on request. Phone queries regarding Fund options and benefit statements. Assisting internal and external customers. Assist with training if needed. Assist with all reports presented. Provide weekly feedback to supervisor on work completed.

Education + Experience

    Matric Grade 12 with aptitude for figures. Good attendance and reliability. Minimum 2 years experience in Contributions or Claims. Knowledge of Fund Rules and Benefits. Knowledge of Natural Phoenix Oculus or company specific systems. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. PC and keyboard literacy. Trustworthy and a team player. Accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent numerical skills. Good planning organising and follow up skills. Good interpersonal skills willing to assist and go the extra mile. Problem solving skills. Good reconciliation negotiation administration and query resolution skills. Deadline driven and results orientated.
