Integrity reports fixing of historical data and data integrity.
Linking of old funds.
Updating and requesting membership cards.
Requesting of benefit statements for individual members and companies on request.
Phone queries regarding Fund options and benefit statements.
Assisting internal and external customers.
Assist with training if needed.
Assist with all reports presented.
Provide weekly feedback to supervisor on work completed.
