Oversee client engagement CRM accuracy and the execution of divisional marketing plans and communication strategies.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and generate third stream income particularly within universities and TVET institutions.
Recruit lead and develop high performing staff ensuring performance management and alignment with organisational goals.
Monitor and evaluate overall organisational performance implement continuous improvement strategies and align all operational activities with strategic objectives.
Ensure full compliance with legal regulatory and ethical standards across all operations.
Prudently manage organisational resources monitor budgets in collaboration with finance and ensure financial health through sound planning and oversight.
Develop and implement internal policies and operational procedures that support staff productivity and enhance organisational effectiveness.
Ensure cross functional coordination improved internal processes and adherence to organisational systems and controls.
Represent the organisation at forums conferences and meetings maintaining visibility and driving stakeholder engagement.
Manage domestic travel obligations to build relationships with institutional partners and promote service offerings.
