Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Operational management of on-site security guards, ensuring adherence to all company, SHEQ, and ISO standards and policies.
Daily management and maintenance of physical security systems, including access control levels, allocations, and reporting.
Act as the first point of contact (24/7) for all security-related incidents and requirements.
Manage SHEQ and legal compliance for all facility and logistics contractors, including OHS documentation and contractor performance aligned to ISO standards.
Oversee building and security upgrades, from research and proposal development to budget control and approval coordination.
General building and facilities maintenance, budgeting, and supervision of facilities staff.
Prepare and present analytical, statistical, and management reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc).
Maintain and assess all facilities-related policies and procedures, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
Drive staff engagement, KPI management, and skills development for team members.
