Responsible for the implementation and adaption of the global sales strategy for the retail sales business. Support of your team in all matters that promote the retail sales. Development of the business with our retail customers and channel partners by promoting, maintaining and increasing sales of the companys industry products. Development of new business models example by execution of market research, identifying new potential customers and markets and by setting the company�s product apart from competitors. Coordinate with all involved departments to match customer�s requirements and improve customer�s satisfaction. Understand the country�s top retailers needs and suggest solutions with our product line. Maintain and grow relationships with top retailers and channel partners, becoming point of contact &trusted advisor and build an indepth understanding of customer needs. Ability to execute, manage regional and individual key customer strategies to meet & exceed sales targets. Meet quarterly and annual sales and activity targets within retail sales. Report on sales and forecast for the territory & segment to MD, Regional Head and VP Retail. Maintain up to date product knowledge to answer questions and provide solutions. Preparation and execution of market launches and product promotions. Build own Sales pipeline and maintain CRM System.
