Ensure daily interaction and communications with in-house guests so to lead and develop a guest-centric hospitality culture.
Ensuring all organizational requirements around delivering an guest experience at the camp is planned for and executed daily.
Ensure our brand standards are always maintained in all areas that make up the guest experience
Represent the organisations brand in appearance and behaviour.
Create an environment where the company culture is fostered.
Ensure that our culture of rewarding and recognizing staff is followed through all levels of the lodge.
Support to the Lodge Manager �In setting and executing on all operational plans and strategies to be determined for the lodge.
Ensure that controls and systems are in place to ensure the sustainability of the business as well as conserving our resources.
Ensure the &Beyond Hospitality DNA is known by all.
Relief for the Lodge Manger when on leave.
Hosting alternative nights.
Taking the lead on groups.
Form part of the management team, be reliable and lead by example.
Assist in maintaining a good working relationship with the government bodies.
Assist in placing and monitoring all lodge operational stock orders.
