Leading and motivating a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction within a dealership.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Drive vehicle sales (retail & auction) to meet or exceed monthly targets. Lead, manage, and motivate a dynamic sales and auction team. Oversee vehicle stock pricing, reconditioning, and auction performance. Use Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline, leads, and team performance tracking. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and motor traders. Ensure compliance with FICA, CPA, and internal company sales processes. Provide daily reports on sales activity and auction performance. Maintain a high-performance culture within the team aligned with company goals.

Education + Experience

    Minimum of 5 years� experience in vehicle sales, including 2 years in a sales management role. Solid experience in vehicle auctions or wholesale motor trading is essential. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent closing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Results-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused. Professional conduct and strong decision-making ability.
