Position Overview: RADtech is looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing & Executive Assistant to support the CEO while helping drive our marketing and outreach efforts. This is a dual-role position ideal for a junior candidate or recent graduate looking to gain experience in marketing, administration, and executive support. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Key Responsibilities: Marketing Duties: � Develop and implement marketing plans for social media, client outreach, and events. � Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns, and newsletters. � Design visuals using Canva or similar tools. � Assist in PR campaigns, community outreach, and educational initiatives with eWASA. � Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals. � Track campaign metrics and engagement reports. � Secure a minimum of 8 delegate bookings per month for training courses through lead generation, responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, following up, and confirming bookings. � Manage invoicing for sales and training course bookings in coordination with the finance team.

Executive Assistant Duties: � Manage the CEO�s calendar, appointments, and meeting logistics. � Draft internal memos, correspondence, and minutes of meetings. � Handle travel arrangements and administrative tasks. � Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. � Prioritise and filter communications to ensure the CEO�s time is used efficiently. � Handle confidential information with discretion.
