Position Overview: RADtech is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on proactive outbound calls to potential clients to promote our IT Asset Management and E-Waste Recycling services, secure appointments, and drive lead generation. You will play a critical role in helping us grow our customer base and deliver on our mission of environmental sustainability and compliance. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. ? Explain RADtech?s services including buybacks, recycling, training, and data destruction solutions. ? Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. ? Follow up on marketing campaigns, events, or previous customer interactions. ? Maintain accurate records of calls, client feedback, and lead status in the CRM. ? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. ? Assist in compiling client databases and updating contact lists. ? Provide feedback to improve campaign messaging and outreach strategies.
